Business training available to BID levy-payers

BID Leicester is working with Incrementa to deliver free training to BID levy-paying businesses.

The training sessions will help businesses to increase the skills and knowledge of employees in key areas, including digital marketing, customer service and sales. Sessions are scheduled for February 2019, with further sessions in March 2019 to be announced.

Tuesday 5 February, 2pm – 4pm: Digital Marketing Workshop
Digital marketing is becoming more and more important for businesses. The session will cover how to get the most out of social media and will introduce participants to other areas of digital marketing including email marketing and website marketing. Tuesday 19 February, 2pm – 4pm: Sales Workshop
This course is designed to provide businesses with the essential techniques and strategies to understand the sales process and how to overcome objections in order to close more sales and exceed targets. Download the full training course description here.

Tuesday 26 February, 2pm – 4pm: Customer Care Workshop
It’s no exaggeration to say that, in today’s customer-focused world, great customer service is essential to stay competitive. Learn key skills, from understanding customers and their needs, through communication to resolving (and avoiding) problems. Download the full training course description here.
